We recently had the pleasure of hosting Dr. Richard Green from the University of Washington and Natera Inc.
During his visit, Dr. Green gave a lecture on the role of mouse models in advancing personalized medicine. He highlighted the Collaborative Cross, a large panel of recombinant inbred mouse strains designed for complex trait analysis, which serves as a valuable tool for understanding genetic interactions and disease mechanisms.
Dr. Green also shared insights into Natera’s Renasight technology, which uses genetic testing to improve the prediction and diagnosis of chronic kidney disease. We appreciated the chance to talk about our research with him and are interested in his future insights
We look forward to continuing conversations in the future.
