Nicole Stiegeler
Internship student
Nicole is a Barcherlor’s student at Biberach University of Applied Science.
She has joined the Ankarklev Lab to work in the Transmission Team and contribute with her efforts to better understand the biology underlying cell-fate during Plasmodium gametocytogenesis.
About Nicole Stiegeler
Nicole is a bachelor’s student of Pharmaceutical Biotechnology at Biberach University of Applied Science in Germany. Since her school days, she has been passionate about natural sciences and aims to further expand her knowledge in molecular biology and her laboratory skills.
She recently joined the Transmission Team here at the Ankarklev lab for a 6-month long internship, which will be followed by her bachelor's thesis project.
Outside the lab, Nicole enjoys traveling, hiking in the mountains, playing the piano and being a dance teacher in Germany. During her time Sweden, she looks forward to exploring the nature and culture of Sweden.
